At SLBS, we maintain a clear and transparent refund policy. The following guidelines outline the terms and conditions for refunds related to various fee components. Please note that deviations from this policy are not permitted.
1. Admission Fee
o 100% Non-refundable.
2. Registration Fee
o 100% Non-refundable.
3. Technology & Digital Peripherals
o Non-refundable after the commencement of the course.
4. Exam Fee
o 100% refundable before the exam date announcement.
5. Tuition Fee
o Refundable on a monthly pro-rata basis (+1 month) subject to deductions.
o Calculation: Completed months + any additional number of days (counted as a whole
month) + 1 month. The balance amount will be refunded.
6. Placement Fee
o 100% Refundable.
• Refund requests will be processed and will be credited within 2 months to the original payment method from the date of the refund request.
• Refunds are subject to approval by the concerned authority.
