1.1 Students are expected to maintain respectful behaviour toward all teaching and non-teaching
staff.
1.2 All students must ensure they have reviewed and understood the necessary information about
certifications, course offerings, and requirements available on the SLBS Marklance website
before
enrollment.
1.3 Students must adhere to all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the institute.
1.4 All course-related queries should be directed to the designated Student Coordinator, whose
details will
be provided during the batch inauguration.
1.5 Non-academic queries should also be directed to the Student Coordinator, who will record any
complaints or grievances. Only written complaints will be entertained.
1.6 The medium of instruction in classes will primarily be in English and Malayalam.
1.7 All student announcements, assignments, internal examinations, and class tests will be
managed
through the LMS app.
1.8 Any student with pending fees will be removed from the LMS. LMS access will only be restored
once
the fee dues are cleared. Students are responsible for any delays caused by non-payment of fees.
1.9 Final certificates will be issued 2–3 months after the completion of the examination
process.
2.1 Final examinations will be conducted online and supervised by the respective university or council.
2.2 A fee of up to Rs. 5000 per subject will be charged for supplementary examinations. The institute is
not liable for delays in course completion in such cases.
2.3 Students must complete all course and exam fee payments before the final exam registration deadline
to be eligible to take the exam.
3.1 The institution offers 100% interview support (only for passed candidates) across PAN India.
3.2 Placement opportunities, including salary scale, job location, and company profile, are subject to
individual company norms.
3.3 A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to qualify for placement opportunities.
3.4 Attendance for all add-on training sessions is compulsory for placement eligibility.
3.5 The placement organisation does not provide food and accommodation for selected candidates.
4.1 Students are required to remit fees on or before the specified due date. Fee payment is mandatory to
sit for exams or continue course access.
4.2 Late payments will incur a penalty of Rs. 500 per month.
4.3 Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable.
4.4 Students must collect fee payment receipts as proof of payment. Payments made without receipts will
not be considered valid.
5.1 All course materials, resources, and digital content provided by SLBS Marklance are the intellectual
property of the institution and are protected by copyright laws.
5.2 Students are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing any course materials without prior
written permission from the institution.
6.1 Students are expected to maintain professionalism and integrity throughout the course. Any behaviour
deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of institutional policies will result in disciplinary action.
6.2 Misuse of institutional resources, including the LMS app and other digital platforms, is strictly
prohibited.
7.1 SLBS Marklance is not liable for any delays, interruptions, or technical issues related to third-party
platforms used for examinations, placements, or digital services.
7.2 The institution is not responsible for job guarantees, salary variations, or any disputes arising between
students and placement organisations.
8.1 SLBS Marklance reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated terms will be communicated via the website or LMS app.
